Last night I went out to the 92.5 Outlaw kickoff to the kickoff party for the SA Rodeo at the Verizon Ampitheater parking lot. Now while I have seen this San Antonio band called the South Texas Destroyers before, I saw them again last night and while the sound system was not the greatest they still rocked just like the first time I saw them. The South Texas Destroyers are made up of some great musicians starting with lead singer, guitar, and songwritter of the band James Pardo, he has a great honky- tonk voice and mixes is well with the hard driving lead guitar riffs of Will Owen Gage and all blended together with the solid back lines of Daryl Chadick on bass and Niko Laven on drums. Look for thier debut album out later this year.Check them out on thier MySpace site
